Please email us along with your order number.

All Santa will need is the name of your little one, the city/town where they live & the name of one gift they have asked for. Please see example images- the details we need are the ones underlined.

Santa will then send them a letter. If you would like the envelope to be sent addressed to your little one add your details as the billing information and their details as the delivery address when you checkout - if not your letter will be sent directly to you wrapped ready packed for you to address.
