Order Information

Our aim is to make your shopping experience with us as easy and pleasurable as possible so please take a few moments to read our terms and conditions. If your query is not answered below please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to help you.

By using this site or placing an order, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

How to Order

Our store departments are listed on the left hand side of your screen, you can use them to browse and order or alternatively use the search facility above. To place an order, choose any size / colour options needed and click "Add to Cart". You will then be directed to our shopping cart facility where you can change the quantity of items or remove them from the basket, you can then checkout or continue shopping.

If you would like to view your current order at any time, simply click on the "View Basket" link at the top of every page. This will also allow you to amend your order, before proceeding to checkout.

If you prefer, you may place your order and send a cheque (sterling only) for the amount due, please note items paid for by cheque will not be despatched until payment has cleared usually 5 - 7working days.

There is no minimum order required to shop with us.

Payment

Credit/ Debit Card Payments : Payment can be made securely using either NoChex or Paypal, neither require you to create an account to use them however if you already have an account the checkout process will be quicker. By using these providers we are ensuring the highest levels of security for you, as these providers do not pass us any of your card information. Feel free to visit either Paypal or Nochex websites for further information on the services they offer.

When using either Paypal or Nochex please ensure that you complete the process by either clicking the Return to Merchant button or waiting for the site to return you to TotsCorner, otherwise we may not receive your order correctly resulting in a delay in its despatch.

Cheque: You can order online and pay us by Cheque these must be UK Sterling and usually take between 5 – 7 working days to clear.

International Orders

We are happy to ship orders to addresses within the European Union but additional postage will be payable and payment must be made through Paypal. Please choose the relevant options when going through the checkout process, we will then invoice you separately through PayPal with shipping charges. If you would like to check postage charges before ordering please email us.

Please Note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and import duties for which we are not responsible.

Postage

All prices shown on our website include free standard UK postage and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We offer three postage options on most orders
Free Postage as standard - Via first class or standard parcel delivery to UK addresses only (depending on weight and value).
Want it Signed For? - This is available for UK Orders under £36 in value only
Want it Fast? - Guaranteed Dispatch on UK orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Postage to an address other than the billing address is also available using either the Want it Signed For or Want it Fast options.

Items shipped directly from the supplier / distributors are not eligible for alternative shipping arrangements, if these options are chosen at checkout they will be refunded via your original payment method.

Delivery

We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared funds. Should there be any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss and offer alternative arrangements

If you have not received your order or been advised by the Post Office of a failed delivery within 14 days of making payment, 3 days if paying for Special Delivery please contact us so that we can investigate. We always obtain proof of posting and make sure all items are insured for their full value.

Special Order Items

If you order a special order item these are sent direct to you from the manufacturer / supplier. All orders are processed by us within 2 workings days, the orders are then dealt with by the manufacturer and you should allow a minimum of 7 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday) from the day you place your order with us. Once dispatched these orders cannot be cancelled.

Sizing / Colouring

We have made every effort to accurately display sizes, colours, shapes and patterns of our products but they are not guaranteed. Colours and patterns can differ due to the visual settings and hardware of your computer. Clothes and nappies are sized according to the information we are provided with by the manufacturers, we try to put any additional measurements that may be useful to you in the product description but please remember that like us grownups, babies and toddlers come in many shapes and sizes.

Returns

We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your order but if for any reason you are not, please advise us via email within 7 working days and we will do our very best to assist you.

Items should be returned unworn/unused, with any tags still attached and ready for resale within 30 days of you advising us you wish to return the product.

Please note that we will only refund postage costs if an item is faulty. For your own piece of mind we recommend obtaining proof of posting and adequate insurance for any items returned as we can not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Refunds are made via original payment method.

Wishlist

Our wishlist facility is offered as an additional service to you, however please note that adding an item to your list only guarantees its availability at that particular moment and not necessarily when someone comes to order it, although we will do everything in our power to restock an item if it is unavailable.

Using our site

We have taken great care to make our site easy to use and suitable for viewing by children, however in the unlikely event that you find something that you feel does not meet our strict criteria please do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Please Note: We do provide links to other sites which we feel may be useful to you, we can not guarantee the content or accuracy of information provided on these sites but we will do our best to ensure the content is relevant and suitable for all.

Statutory Rights and The Distance Selling Regulations

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Distance Selling Regulations apply to orders made over the Internet.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract with us from the date the order was placed and up to seven working days after delivery. Goods made to your chosen specification (e.g. Personalised Name Canvas’s) or Cd’s, dvd’s and software that have been purchased and opened (i.e seal or outer packaging removed) cannot been returned under the 7 working day “cooling off period”

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must provide us with written notice. You must give details of the goods ordered, and (where appropriate) their delivery.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, you must return (at your own expense) the goods to us at the above address with the returns note. For your own piece of mind we recommend obtaining proof of posting and adequate insurance for any items returned as we can not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you (via your original payment method), as soon as possible but in any event, within 30 days. For any sum that has been paid by you for the goods excluding any extra charges incurred by us at your request (e.g. additional postage options such as signed for or special delivery).

You have a duty of care under these terms, to take care of the goods so that they may be sold again as new. We will claim from you, for the resulting loss in value for goods not kept so that they may be sold again as new.

Orders Returned to Us by Royal Mail

Please note that if your order is returned to us by Royal Mail as a result of your failure to collect the item, you will charged a further postage cost if you wish us to resend the item to you.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
  • or we are unable to deliver to your area or country;
  • or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed with incorrect information including without limit price, and/or description for whatever reason.
  • you use a discount code which you are not entitled to use

Events beyond our control

We shall have no liability to you for failure to deliver goods, any delay in doing so, for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Privacy Policy : What We Do With The Information You Provide Us With

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We will not pass on your information to other companies or organisations without your consent.

We may use technology to track visitors to our store. This can include using a "cookie" which is stored through your browser. Most browsers can be modified to stop this from happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Law and jurisdiction

This website and any orders placed will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
